About Greg Gossett
He is passionate about the healthcare industry and He is driven to develop solutions that enable sustainability. He has spent most of his career developing effective technology solutions within early disease detection for hospitals and health systems. Working with more than 250 health systems and more than 2 million patients, He has seen, firsthand, how important early detection and behavior change is in improving outcomes and increasing patient loyalty. As CEO of HealthAware, He works with healthcare systems by providing health risk assessments that drive appropriate and necessary patient acquisition; and ChatBot technologies that provide compassionate guidance before and after an encounter resulting in high satisfaction and minimal no-show rates.
In todays’ competitive environment, two critical task facing providers are attracting new patients and converting them to loyal consumers. With a degree in psychology, an MBA, and longstanding consumer engagement expertise, He is focused on consumer awareness of disease risk alongside persuasive behavioral-change technologies to recraft the consumer’s perception of a healthcare experience. He knows that every patient is different and faces unique challenges in their health care journey. Rooted in behavioral science, our programs help providers reach high risk consumers and guide them before and after important encounters within the local provider network.
