About Felicity Hassan
She leads two businesses out of New York: Audeliss is a retained search firm that works to level the playing field for diverse talent in the Executive suite and Board room; INvolve is a membership and advisory firm looking to drive inclusion and belonging. She started her career in London and moved to New York in 2008 where she had the opportunity to partner with a great Executive Search firm to build out their Corporate Governance practice. Her focus expanded significantly when she moved in-house to build out the global talent acquisition team for Bloomberg and subsequently Audible, an Amazon company. Leading Talent Acquisition in-house provided a unique insight into the strategic priorities of our clients and where search can fall short, Audeliss offers thoughtful partnership committed to creating an authentic, diverse and innovative workplace.
In addition to leading Audeliss and INvolve she also sits on the CEO council for NICSA/The Diversity Project and co-Chair of the Advisory Council for WBC (The Women’s Business Collaborative). She’s an active member of Luminary NYC and incredibly grateful for the ability to partner with a plethora of other non profit organizations as they collectively seek equal pay and opportunity for all. They have experienced bold strides in diversity and inclusion over the past few decades but they still have a long road ahead! As a mother of two and a member of a mixed race family, their dual purpose to recruit and retain difference, resonates personally and professionally. They are committed to driving an agenda that will remove bias and expedite the pace of change.
