Butch “Mr. Wellness” Temnick is a veteran of the United States Air Force. In 1988 he became the Jr. Mr. South Carolina Bodybuilding Champion, and national qualifier. He has served the health and fitness industry for over 33 years.
Butch has a background in Sports Medicine Athletic Trainer, internships at Myrtle Beach High School in Myrtle Beach, SC and Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. He is former Wellness Coordinator with the Horry County Government in Conway, SC. and the former Health & Fitness Instructor at Coastal Carolina University’s Lifelong Learning Society and Webster University in Myrtle Beach, SC.
In 1996 he participated in the NFL Strength & Conditioning Clinic with the Washington Redskins (Commanders), Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers.
He currently serves as Project Manager for Project GAHA (Getting Americans Health Again) and provides a specialized zoom fitness program called Target Zone Training for women, from 18 to 90 years old.
