About Sriram Sundararajan
As a Growth Alchemist, he is passionate about helping his clients design their strategy for growth and scale. Presently, he focuses on GTM for emerging tech companies in the Applied AI, Automation and XR space.
He has global experience working in industry and consulting roles for following: Tech, Electronics, Consumer Markets and Fintech. He is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes leveraging a design thinking approach. He has experience in engineering, product development, business development, building strong and motivated teams and stitching together strategic partnerships.
He applies a Growth Mindset to help his clients plan and execute on their growth objectives starting with their market entry / expansion (Internationalization) strategy and approach. He believe in balancing his IQ with EQ and yes, learning is incremental.

He has experience developing industry leading market offerings and launching them in Global markets to deliver profitable growth. He thrives in building customer strategies and tactics for acquisition through retention.
In his leisure, he can be seen discussing consulting as a career option to aspiring consultants. My passion for consulting led him to design and teach a “first of a kind” management consulting course at Santa Clara University, CA and to PostDoc students at Stanford University. He also teach Digital Strategy to MS students at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Recently, he joined to serve as a board member for MS in marketing program at Santa Clara University.
