Jason Shupp is a podcast host, speaker, and empathic collaborator. Jason’s early professional life was quite diverse (EMT in Colorado, white water raft guide, snowmobile tour guide, martial arts instructor, and high works rigger) before entering the family business in the third generation. After nearly two decades of leading a legacy business, a strategic partnership allowed for his further pursuit into mulit-media and creative projects. He leverages these platforms to share context and nuance to foster a deeper understanding of individuals and ideas. Jason spends the rest of his time as a devoted husband and father, pursuing wellness, travel, and rigorous outdoor play.
