His experience at brands like HireRight, HireVue, QUESocial, and The Marcus Buckingham Company helped prepare him for his most exciting mission yet – co-founding his own work technology platform, SPOTLYFE, which is tackling a very human problem – helping people and organizations combat burnout. Outside of work, Josh enjoys actively participating in his daughters’ sports activities and spending time with his wife and family outdoors.
