He’s a health and wellness missionary seeking to impart the requisite lifestyle, exercise and nutrition strategies essential to enhancing lives. He believes in a holistic approach to building lasting relationships through fitness. He has enjoyed 15+ years in the health and fitness business in personal training and management capacities. He worked for Bally Total Fitness, Equinox, Town Sports International (New York Sports Clubs), The Sports Club La, Plus One Health Management (Optum) and 24 Hour Fitness.
