About Alan Pawlowski
At Pace, he led a team that offered a comprehensive range of strategic Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture (M&A) services along with Business Strategy and Turnaround advisory consulting.
In the M&A space, they have helped business owners nationwide prepare for and grow their business through acquisition as well as exit their business through succession, management buyout or third-party sale. In the Advisory Consulting space, they have worked with businesses and business owners through a myriad of operational and financial challenges, strategies, goals, business and personal pivots, as well as providing entrepreneurial coaching to leaders and their teams.
he has recently co-authored a book, Mission Matters (edition #6), focusing on the enterprise value of a business and its importance for entrepreneurs. A topic that cannot be over emphasized. he hold an MBA, MPA and CM&AA Designation (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor). he am also a graduate of the 2001 UB CEL Core Class and 2006 Advanced CEL class and currently Facilitate a UB CEL Mastery Entrepreneurs peer group.
