As the CEO of RenewIQ Consulting, Denley McIntosh is known as an organizational change agent who brings over 15 years in the space of people development and inclusive workplace. This includes his over 10 years of experience in building workplace communities in public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. His executive work and leadership have allowed him to be the winner of the 2020 Championing Equality in the public sector globally by Apolitical.
Denley’s seasoned experience in delivering executive coaching, strategic planning, culture change workshops, and listening sessions has positively impacted companies, government, not-for-profits, and schools in diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging (DEI&B) spaces. He is a captivating and charismatic speaker who regales audiences of thousands with his passion for creating workplaces of belonging, which he calls workplace communities.
Denley has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Theological Studies at McMaster University, Divinity College (outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada) – specializing in worldviews and culture. He has rounded out his academic knowledge with professional certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) to go along with his unique experience.
Denley partners with his wife, Tajé, both co-founder and COO of RenewIQ. They raise their three children: Makayla, Micah, and Mateo, just outside Toronto. Together, they believe they can change the world one workplace at a time.
