In this episode we chat with Fatima Djelmane Rodriguez who is the CEO of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. We discuss her path to choosing the right school, becoming a CEO, her philanthropic passion, how she deals with feelings of impostor syndrome and her work as CEO of a great organization. 

Fatima Djelmane Rodriguez is a native Angelino raised in the San Gabriel Valley.  She attended Ramona Convent Secondary School, earned her BA in Communications from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication, and her MA from the University of Texas at Austin’s Radio, Television, and Film program.  Fatima was promoted to CEO and assumed the position on January 18th, 2022.  She’s excited to be at the helm of RMHCSC, with a deep passion for the organization’s mission and deepening our impact throughout Southern California.
