About Gene Bott

Gene Bott is an experienced accountant who values excellence, high integrity, and strong work ethics. Gene has gained a wide range of experience, including job costing, financial statement preparation, asset management, and handling the many types of business taxes.

After growing up on a dairy farm and learning the value of good budgeting and record keeping, Gene decided to pursue an education in accounting and economics. He gained two Bachelor’s of Science degrees, one in Accounting and one in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University before pursuing and obtaining his CPA license.

Gene has developed a passion for helping small business owners find excellent tax strategies that help them save on taxes now and in retirement.
