About Arun Mohan
Arun Mohan is Co-Founder and CEO of Radix Health, a technology company that partners with leading medical groups to improve patient access.
Arun serves on the Board of Transitional Care Physicians of America, a fast-growing medical group that partners with post-acute care providers to improve transitions of care. He also advises several healthcare technology ventures including CareDash, Bioscape Digital and Aidin. Arun practices clinically with Iora Health in Atlanta.
Previously, Arun was the founding President and Chief Medical Officer of Hospital Medicine and Population Health for ApolloMD, where he built and led one of the largest hospital groups in the country with over 400 providers practicing in 30+ locations. Arun also founded PictureRx to simplify medication information, improve adherence, and increase medication safety. The company was acquired in 2014 by Bioscape Digital. Earlier in his career Arun was Medical Director of Care Coordination at Emory University Hospital and Associate Vice-Chair for IT for the Department of Medicine at Emory School of Medicine.
An accomplished clinical researcher, Arun has expertise in design and evaluation of new care models and healthcare technology. He has been Principal Investigator for grants from the NIH, AHRQ, and RWJF. His work has appeared in numerous journals including JAMA, JGIM, and American Journal of Managed Care.
Arun has received numerous recognition for his work including being named among the “Top 40 Under 40” by Georgia Trend Magazine and Atlanta Business Chronicle. He received his BA from Swarthmore College and his MD/MBA from Emory University where he was a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellow. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School.
