In this episode of Real Estate Lowdown, I’m sitting down with Cliff Ponte to talk about innovative strategies in challenging markets, growing in unexpected places and living our legacy.
Cliff, Broker & Operating Principal of Keller Williams in South Watuppa, MA, as well as Director at the National REO Brokers Association (NRBA), shares his journey and his success in working with various groups to help liquidate their REOs and repair properties across the country.
As a Master Broker operating across all 50 states, Cliff aids small to medium-sized family offices and hedge funds in effectively handling and selling their REO properties, and has gained widespread recognition for his accomplishments in the REO real estate sector.
Of course Cliff gave his take on the current state of the commercial market and the unique opportunities it presents. According to Cliff, the commercial market is expected to be the first to tank. However, he believes this will create some truly unique opportunities for those ready to adapt and willing to seize them.
While he strives to maintain a strong work ethic, Cliff provides an interesting perspective on finding the balance between work and personal life, and living our legacy of creating a lasting impact for those closest to us as well as our community.
In addition to his real estate endeavors, Cliff has very diverse business acumen and is very active in his community, having served as a City Council President and Mayor, owner of a local restaurant and coffee house, and serving as the President of the S.H.I.N.E Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to community outreach and support.
I am incredibly grateful to Cliff for joining us on this episode and sharing his valuable insights. I can’t wait for you all to listen to this thought-provoking conversation.
