About Tosin Oduwole

Tosin Oduwole was born in Saint Louis, Missouri and attended Junior High & High School in Europe & Africa. Upon returning to the states Tosin attended college at Kean University and also worked running a number of family owned nursing homes in the midwest.

In 2009 Tosin moved to New Jersey to expand and grow his own Consulting firm with a focus in Finance.

In 2016 Tosin ventured into the hospitality industry by acquiring a Sports Bar in Manhattan’s East Village Neighborhood and a second one a year later in Newark, NJ as minority partner.

Tosin is CEO & Founder of Building Acquisition Partners United LLC ; a real estate private equity firm that provides passive investment opportunities in institutional quality, recession-resilient, real estate. In February 2020 BAPUnited launched the first offering of the year, a $100M Apartment Building Acquisition project focusing on Chicago’s south side.
