In this episode I talk about how “It’s not your fault.” A lot of the time we hold on to things that only hurt us and cause us regret. It is okay to let them go and move on to the future. At the end of the day the past is the past and dwelling on the past will do nothing for us but cause us misery. We have to start with forgiving ourselves, the people around us and the situation to move on and create the future we want. At the end of the day no matter what has happened in our lives what happens next will be “Our Fault.”
