The discussion focuses on KL’s history navigating early challenges and how these experiences inform her outlook and approach today. From there she developed a focus on service and caring for others, learning in the process what living an inspired life means to her. Other themes which emerge throughout this powerful conversation include thriving in the midst of chaos, the power of a morning routine, the importance of authentic human connection in work and life, the ways in which self-compassion is at the core of resilient parenting and finally the importance of asking for help.
