Laura has spent her career building upon her natural competitive nature coupled with a passion for education, science, wellness and sales. She added to her long time love of nutrition, fitness and wellness by graduating with a Masters Degree in Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition from The University of Western States. Here, the focus is on the Science of Nutrition and how to bridge the gap between Medicine and Lifestyle.
Her passion for Fitness, Nutrition & Wellbeing translated to holding key positions in Sales & New Business Development for leading Global brands. Laura is a mentor and leader in the field. She built, managed and created sales teams for some of the best brands globally such as Lykon, FitMetrix and Polar.
Lykon 2016: As VP of US Sales and Head of US Business Development, Laura built and developed a strong, powerful sales team. Lykon specializes in home-based diagnostic testing.
FitMetrix 2016: As V.P of Sales, Laura built the Sales and Implementation team with exponential and measured revenue expansion. FitMetrix is an innovative technology company that builds software to unify all data points related to fitness, health, and biometrics.
Polar Electro 2012 – 2016: National Sales Manager, focusing on the Health Club and Retail Divisions. The verticals included key accounts and boutique health clubs. Laura and her team had record-breaking results! She continues to be well respected in the industry as an educational leader in heart-rate based training.
