Douglas Brown is the Founder and CEO of Halo Consulting, LLC. At Halo, Douglas focuses on the recruitment of high-caliber senior-level talent. Douglas has demonstrated expertise in strategizing talent acquisition, developing leadership, and substantial insight into compensation design.
About Halo Consulting, LLC
He is the CEO and Founding Partner at Halo, where He lead Human Resources, Finance, and Technology search across all levels and geographies for a select group of clients from a variety of industries. His career started at the staffing firm, Delta Technical Solutions running a full-desk across the manufacturing vertical for clients in the Midwest. After quick success at DTS, He transitioned to a retained executive search firm, where he quickly climbed the ladder becoming a partner at DHR’s emerging-leader business, Jobplex.
As a Partner at Jobplex, He led Human Resources, Finance, and Sales search at the Director, Vice President, and Individual Contributor level, and assisted with a program supporting military veterans transitioning into civilian life. He was recruited into Lucas Group to build out their Chicago Human Resources search practice, before leaving to join Hunt Club, where he was able to partner with start-ups, mid-market, and enterprise organizations assisting with their hiring needs.
He graduated from Roosevelt University in 2012 with a BA in Economics. On the weekend, you can find me on the golf course working on my swing or spatula in hand at the grill.
