In this week we go over the value of change and how important it is to push ourselves in our goals. We need to stretch ourselves and do things that we would normally never do but we don’t want to stay doing things that don’t align with us. Most will tell you that you should never quit something. Something we don’t always talk about is how important it is to cut your losses rather than putting energy into something that doesn’t align with your values.
The challenge of trying new things is that not everything is for you.
