About Jennifer Fondrevay
Jennifer Fondrevay is an author, professional speaker, and business consultant who has the pleasure of assisting organizations, workforces, and individuals going through major transitions. Whether they’re going through corporate restructuring, reorganizations, mergers, or acquisitions, she helps them, and their employees, see past the sudden and debilitating fear that many experience, and help them recognize and embrace the innate opportunities that come from change and transition.
Her new book, “Now What? A Survivor’s Guide for Thriving Through Acquisition”, helps organizations flourish in post-deal integration, serving as a field guide that helps employees become more agile, receptive to change, and better able to see the opportunities that come from a corporate transition. As a speaker, panel moderator, source for major business publications, and podcast guest, she shares tips and tactics about how to prepare for the human capital challenges of mergers and acquisitions.
A former internationally skilled C-suite marketing executive, I have 25+ years of experience working in global advertising, corporate communications, and marketing for a variety of industry-leading companies such as Kraft, Unilever, Nokia, Cadbury, Coors, Gerber’s, and NAVTEQ. Through all manner of corporate reorganization and three multi-billion dollar acquisitions, I’ve seen firsthand how growth objectives suffer because people strategies fall short of expectations.
About Day1 Ready
Jennifer Fondrevay is on a mission to rediscover the humanity in business. From working with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and small businesses, she has seen countless growth strategies fall short because a workforce cannot pivot to adapt to change as effectively as leadership anticipated. In hindsight, it’s easy to see why people strategies broke down, but by then it’s too late to intervene. Fondrevay is the organizational transformation guru companies need to keep their growth strategies on track. While data is increasingly used to guide business decisions, Fondrevay helps ensure the human component of a company’s plan, such as culture, productivity, and retention, remains a cornerstone of success during times of change rather than an inhibitor. Serving as an advisor to senior leadership and a liaison to middle managers, Fondrevay is a much-needed resource who guides companies safely through unfamiliar waters.
