About Todd Fine 

Todd is President and Chief Strategy Officer at Wintellect, a nationally recognized consulting and training firm dedicated to helping companies build better software, faster. He is responsible for overall company strategy and executive oversight of the revenue producing lines of business. Prior to Wintellect, Todd worked in several positions at RDA Corp for over 11 years, first as a Consultant and senior Project Manager, and later starting up and running the company’s Atlanta office as Managing Director. Other positions at RDA included those of Director of Technical Sales Programs and Business Development Director, where he led the development of RDA’s Security and Integration practice.

Todd is also the Microsoft Regional Director for Atlanta, and works extensively with Microsoft in various forums and capacities. Prior to joining RDA, Todd served as Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab’s Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in Washington, D.C., where he led the software design and management of the Navy’s Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) program. Before that, Todd worked in experimental physics at the University of Maryland’s Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing over half a dozen scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics. Todd has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Electrophysics, and an M.B.A with specialization in Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship.
