About Damon D’Amore
Damon serves as an executive mentor, providing personalized performance resources for 3 to 4 corporate C-Suite executives per year, and venture-backed founders on a case-by-case basis.
Damon has spent thousands of hours working one-on-one with hundreds of the top CEOs, founders, executives and creatives in North America. He has founded multiple startups both raising millions in investment capital and bootstrapping from zero to $1 million+ run rate in less than three months. From Wall Street to Hollywood to the board rooms of Fortune 100 firms to startups the techniques and processes he employs are not academic – they have been tested and validated in action at the highest levels of industry.
Prior to founding his last company WayFounder, Damon had two decades’ experience taking products from concept through development, marketing, and distribution. He also has 15 years of experience producing high-profile, multi-million-dollar marketing integrations in both television and online. Damon has worked closely with more than 250 of the most successful CEOs in the nation.
Damon produced a number of creative brand integrations for Fortune 500 companies on multiple seasons of the reality television shows Undercover Boss and The Apprentice with Donald Trump. In the online space he produced the gaming promotions for Shrek the Third.
Prior, Damon was a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he traded a range of institutional products and designed real-time trading platforms.
Damon has spoken on international stages and been featured in Forbes, USA Today, Entrepreneur Magazine, Fast Company, Investors Business Daily, Yahoo! Finance, appeared on Fox News prime time, and Wharton Business Radio, among others.
