Sarah Heredia is a Self-discovery coach. On this episode, she talks about finding identity during her early Church experiences, the value of early leadership mentors and building your team, discussing lack & scarcity and one’s relationship with money, the perspective change through a non-profit, the importance of support, focusing on your lane (and in your own time), and staying true to yourself.
Sarah is a Self-Discovery coach with a passion for helping clients connect with themselves on a deeper level. She believes that we all have the power to create our own definition of success and that this can be found through presence and purpose. Sarah spent many years in a career that was not fulfilling to her and eventually found herself incredibly burnt out and unsure of what was next. At her breaking point, she took a leap of faith and started work in the nonprofit sector. Through this work, she discovered her passion for serving others and ultimately decided to follow this calling and founded her company, Freely YOU, LLC in 2021. She now supports clients in finding balance and fulfillment in their career while prioritizing their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
