About Kevin Sneddon

Elite New York City broker Kevin Sneddon offers clients an unmatched depth and breadth of experience that encompasses both real estate and financial services. Licensed in both New York and Connecticut, he has brokered numerous record-breaking sales over the course of his more than 15 years in real estate. In 2014, he closed the $38 million sale of a Plaza Hotel residence — among the top residential sales in the city that year — as well as the $17 million sale of a Greenwich estate. He’s also transacted several multimillion-dollar Hamptons properties, stately Upper East Side townhouses and premier rental properties. Prior to Compass, Kevin was CEO and broker at Private Client Realty, a specialized luxury residential brokerage and consulting firm with a “private banking meets real estate brokerage” service model. Before that he was VP, Strategic Alliances at American Express for 13 years. Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Greenwich Association of Realtors (MLS) and the National Association of Realtors. He resides in Greenwich with his wife and two children.
