About Kay Wilson-Bolton
Kay Wilson-Bolton has a BS degree with a background in marketing and business administration and a BA from the Master’s College in Newhall. She served as Mayor for the City of Santa Paula; named REALTOR® of the Year for the Ventura Association of REALTORS®, and selected as the Most Distinguished Alumnus for Cal Poly Pomona as well as a Champion of Home in 2015 by the California Association of REALTORS®.
She is consistently a top production achieving the highest levels of production in the Century 21 system. Her capacity for handling transactions has exceeded 60 listings and 25 open escrows. She has served as president of the Ventura County Regional Data Share and the Ojai Valley Board of REALTORS® an was selected as CAR’s Champion of Homes in 2015 and NAR’s Good Neighbor Award in 2017. She is considered to be one of the top listing brokers in Ventura County and receives annual awards from CENTURY 21® for company and personal sales volume.
