About  Kay Wilson-Bolton

Kay Wilson-Bolton has a BS degree with a background in marketing and business administration and a BA from the Master’s College in Newhall. She served as Mayor for the City of Santa Paula; named REALTOR® of the Year for the Ventura Association of REALTORS®, and selected as the Most Distinguished Alumnus for Cal Poly Pomona as well as a Champion of Home in 2015 by the California Association of REALTORS®.

She is considered to be one of the top listing brokers in Ventura County and receives annual awards from CENTURY 21® for company and personal sales volume.
