About Bill Bymel
Investor in multiple classes of the real estate and mortgage industry. Founder of First Lien Capital LP, a private equity real estate and mortgage investment platform offering investors access to the secondary mortgage market and LP opportunities in commercial re-development and distressed residential real estate.
Starting in 2011, Bill created a team at Spurs Capital LLC and directed the asset management of non-performing and sub-performing residential mortgage loans as well as REO fix-n-flip residential properties: personally responsible for the acquisition, management, and liquidation of over $300 million in real estate and mortgage investments since 2012. Bill added an additional role in Business Development and served as Managing Director from 2016-2020.
As Founder of RSI Asset Management LLC in 2009, Bill built a network of loss mitigators, REO Brokers, loan servicing agents, property managers and vendors as they represent corporate and independent investors in the acquisition, mitigation, and disposition of residential and commercial mortgage loans and its underlying real estate.
As a Partner of Retail Sites International, Bill was responsible for tenant representation-expansion consulting of national credit retail and restaurant concepts in South East Florida. Clients of RSI include BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Darden Restaurants, and Taco Bell. He remains a partner.
Author of WIN WIN REVOLUTION and aspiring motivational speaker. Writer-Producer currently in development on several projects including a reality-TV story about families of autism.
