“A lead (new client/customer) is like an ice cream cone on a hot summer day in the state of Texas.” People are not going to wait for you to help them and if you do not someone else will. Too often are we treating people like they have to wait on our time before we will help them when at the end of the day anything worth doing is to provide a fantastic service. When someone reaches out they need help NOW and they need the assurance that they are a priority NOW not later. If you get someone’s attention you can keep it forever.
