June is traditionally the month of marriages but not necessarily the norm to date. Living in California our best weather for outdoor wedding venues is September and October. As Director of Catering for Radisson Hotels for fourteen years, Courtney would turn over the ballrooms three times a day for the next wedding party garnering her experience and mastering her craft.
