Patty, an award winning cook, also uses unique ingredients like a pink cocoa bean for her Ruby Chocolate for a splash of color as well.
The candy business is a year long venture with her busiest seasons being Easter and Christmas for custom client orders.
Patty Brown, Owner of Dottie’s Sweet Delights, is born and raised on a farm, Patty learned by her mother’s side in the kitchen the science behind cooking. Patty uses wholesome ingredients to aid in allergies and other side effects one may experience while eating.
