Blake Lappan
Founder & CEO at NoDwell Inc & Spot On Logistics
I’m Blake Lappan, founder of NoDwell, a logistics technology company focused on eliminating wasted time in trucking and warehousing and Spot On Logistics a company focused on providing yard management services, freight handleing services and some trucking services. I’ve spent years in transportation and logistics, with firsthand experience seeing how delays, poor visibility, and inefficiency hurt drivers, carriers, brokers, and shippers every day. That background shaped the mission behind NoDwell: build practical solutions that give drivers their time back, help companies operate more predictably, and create more value across the supply chain. I joined Mission Matters because I want to keep growing as a founder, operator, and leader. I believe in being the dumbest person in the room, surrounded by people who think bigger, move faster, challenge you to level up, and have done what we're working towards. I’m excited to learn from this community, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the common goals
