After a six-month stay in the ICU following the birth of her first child, she was forced to confront the importance of advocating for her own health. The experience, compounded by the financial devastation of mounting medical bills, led her and her husband to rebuild their lives from the ground up with a newfound mission: understanding why and how this could happen to someone healthy, young, and happy.
Today, Assunta lives a metabolically healthy lifestyle, prioritizing the elimination of toxic chemicals, foods, and environments. Her work focuses on educating others about the 5+1 Pillars of Longevity and Health, empowering individuals and families to lead cleaner, greener lives.
