Marcy is a Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute Angels in Adoption® Honoree from Missouri with Senator Blunt. She is the founder of The Forgotten Adoption Option and creator of Foster Care Adoption Awareness Reading Week. Marcy and her husband reside in St. Louis, Missouri with their two brave children and three rescue canines.
